We discovered many users unable to log in to their webmail, which was caused by our new email platform only accepting a full formatted email address as a username.
You need to enter a full email address in the username field and current password to log in. Please see an example below:
Client name: John Doe
Email address: john.doe@visuallink.com
Password: securepassword
Old formatted user for login: john.doe
New formatted user for login: john.doe@visuallink.com
