We want to alert you to a recent increase in phishing emails pretending to be from Visual Link. **DO NOT REPLY TO THESE FAKE EMAILS**. These messages falsely request your email passwords. **Visual Link will never ask for your email password**.
Please be aware:
- All passwords are encrypted, and Visual Link **cannot see your password**. We can only assist in resetting it.
- The recent email service disruptions have been caused by spammers accessing accounts where users unknowingly provided their passwords in response to these phishing attempts.
We are actively working to resolve these issues. However, progress is being slowed as more customers fall victim to these fake emails.
**Remember: NEVER SHARE YOUR VISUAL LINK PASSWORD WITH ANYONE**.
